Top To Tail Therapy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

 

Data Protection

Personal information from visitors and clients may be collected through;

• the use of the contact form and history form on the Website,

• E-mail communication (toptotailtherapy@gmail.com),

• Facebook (www.facebook.com/toptotailtherapy) and,

• Telephone communication.

 

We will use the details you provide for the provision of information about services, and for administration, sales and marketing. Any personal details collected will not be shared with third parties other than to seek veterinary approval for treatments.

 

Veterinary Permissions

Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, no animal will be treated without prior permission from a veterinary surgeon unless for maintenance purposes. 

 

Treatment Restrictions

Animals with the following contraindications will not be treated;​

• Dangerous animal,

• Presenting with a current injury, unless under veterinary supervision,

• Hereditary abnormality unless under veterinary supervision,

• Unwell or has a temperature,

• Contagious conditions

• The animal is pregnant in the first trimester

 

It is the owner's responsibility to notify us before treatment if the horse becomes injured, a condition worsens or a veterinary surgeon advises treatment should be suspended or stopped. Top To Tail Therapy has the right to refuse treatment at any time.

Cancellations and Fees

In the event that you cancel your booking a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Should notice be given less than 48 hours prior to the booking a late cancellation fee will be charged at 50% unless under exceptional circumstances to be determined by Top To Tail Therapy.

Current fees for services are as follows:

Equine therapy - £50

Canine therapy - £30

​

All services are inclusive of administrative costs, assessment, treatment, follow-on advice and any equipment used during the appointment.

Payment is expected to be made in full either by bank transfer or cash within 2 working days of the appointment. If full payment is not made, I reserve the right to seek further legal advice.

Invoices and receipts are not typically produced, however I am happy to provide them upon request.
